Rates are above 7%. That is real. Freddie Mac put the 30-year fixed average at 7.24% as of October 29, 2026. But League City buyers are still moving. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 399 homes sold in ZIP 77573 in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is a lot of decisions made in a high-rate market.

Thirty-six days. That is the median time a League City home sat before going under contract, per the Real Estate Data Aggregator. A year ago it was 45 days. Nine days shorter matters. It means a well-priced home is not waiting long.

Speed is up. Price is down a little.
